Adrian began his career in estate agency in 1982, gaining invaluable insights into the local property market and an understanding of buyers requirements. By 1991, he had qualified as a chartered surveyor, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. His extensive experience with the requirement of high street lenders and mortgage valuations has equipped him with a deep understanding of the residential markets in Shropshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands. Since 2021, Adrian has specialised in residential condition reports and private valuation services.
Harry Beech, AssocRICS
Director & Surveyor
Harry began his career in estate agency after completing his A-Levels in 2014. He spent 3 years learning all aspects of the property buying and selling process, which has given him valuable experience in the local property market. In 2017, Harry joined Abbey Hill Surveyors and swiftly started his surveyor training, and in 2019 he achieved his AssocRICS status and is now a qualified surveyor and registered valuer. Harry also oversees of the customer service, administration and booking processes, to ensure that the client journey with Abbey Hill Surveyors is as smooth, transparent and stress free as possible.
